Returns

Sometimes it may be that the product you bought does not meet your expectations, you can easily return the product in the following two ways. We will then check the product (make sure all the labels are on it) and refund the money to your account within three working days.

You can exchange or return your purchase free of charge to our store at
Prins Mauritsplein number 20 in The Hague during our 'pick & collect' moments:

Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 10:00 – 16:00
Wednesday: 10:00 – 16:00
Thursday: 10:00 – 16:00
Friday: 10:00 – 16:00
Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00
Sunday: Closed

* When returning, always bring the purchase receipt/confirmation email.

* When returning by post, any shipping costs will not be refunded. We apply a period of 30 days for both delivery in the store and by post, provided that the article is unused and complete.
